Japanese Sake
Tanaka, the owner and general buyer, personally visited sake breweries and discovered a wide variety of carefully
selected Japanese alcoholic beverages,
including unique sake, shochu, whiskey, wine, plum wine,
and other liqueurs that take advantage of the characteristics of the region where they are produced.
With our hands, we will create a variety of unique local sake
that will greatly fascinate people from all over the world who have never seen it before!
It is said that there are over 1,400 sake breweries across Japan, and there are at least 10,000 types of sake brands.

Japan is dotted with rice-producing areas and water sources that are said to be famous, each with their own unique characteristics.
The main ingredients of sake are rice and water. Because sake is such a simple ingredient, the characteristics of the rice and water of each region create differences in the taste, aroma, and finish and aftertaste of the sake that each sake brewery produces with great care.
However, the reality is that most of the sake produced by such unique sake breweries has not yet been introduced overseas.
By visiting sake breweries one by one and directly sensing the passion and enthusiasm for sake brewing from the owners and brewers, we do hope we'll share the same feeling with them, and spread the word about these famous sakes overseas.
