RESSY INTERNATIONAL continues to evolve from a global perspective

“Kishu Kumano Distillery” was opened in May 2019.
The location is Kamitonda-cho, Nishimuro-gun, Wakayama Prefecture. A small town in Wakayama Prefecture with a population of about 15,000. The Tonda River flows through the town, and the town is characterized by its rich nature, and the Kumano Distillery is located there. The Kumano Distillery is located near the nature-rich Kumano Kodo, and in 2004, the "Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes of the Kii Mountain Range," including the Kumano Kodo, was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The Tonda River, which flows in front of the distillery, is also the habitat of Japan's natural monument, the giant eel. Whiskey made with water quality that allows natural monuments to live is also popular in Japan.
