KYOTO UJI MATCHA(Powdered Green Tea) for commercial use

All of our matcha is made using Uji varieties. Selected from Uji native varieties that have been cultivated in Uji for over 800 years, Uji varieties are suitable for making tencha (matcha) and gyokuro.

The matcha we will be introducing this time is a blend of all Uji varieties. The berries are picked using scissors.

This is ideal matcha for practice. You can also use it in sweets and cooking.

*As you may know, we are currently experiencing a chronic shortage of stock, so please be aware that we may have to reduce or adjust the amount of orders we receive.
