This aged sake, crafted with traditional handmade black malted rice, is brewed in a kame (earthenware jar) and distilled under normal pressure.
After distillation, it is matured in an earthen jar for five years before bottling.
The result is a shochu with a deep, rich flavor that is highly enjoyable to drink. This Kuma shochu is versatile and can be savored neat, on the rocks, or chilled.
