Crafted from koji rice by hand, brewed in a kame (earthenware vessel), distilled under normal pressure, and aged in another kame, this pure rice shochu harkens back to its predecessor, a beloved brand 50 years ago. The vintage label, cherished by locals, has been reintroduced, evoking nostalgia. This shochu boasts the distinctive aroma of black malted rice, coupled with the smooth drinkability characteristic of regular-pressure shochu. Its gentle sweetness, derived from the rice, remains vibrant and alive.
Yakiniku, Steak and Sashimi (red fish) pair very well with HOMARE NO TSUYU. It is the perfect pairing to enhance each other's flavors. While HOMARE NO TSUYU is delicious on its own, we hope you will experience a delightful synergy with these foods.
